It sounds like an allergic reaction , you can use an OTC anti histamin for that this will help with allergy, this being said you have to sit down and think about the culprit , just look into this if you used any new make up product recently or any new soap or something which might have done this , after you have found out the suspect , try not to use it again this will help you get rid of the problem. There is nothing to panic just make a list of products that don t suit you and don t use them again during this process you might get this problem several times.
