What Causes Redness And Irritation Around The Pimple When Popped?

I tried popping a pimple and it started bleedin because I guess it wasnt ready to be popped. It got red, irritated and swollen around where the pimple is. I dabbed some hydrogen peroxide on it thinking that woul help, and I notice little white spots on tw surface of my skin close to the pimple where my skin is swollen. I added some neosporin to stop the slight burning feeling. Do I need to go see a doctor or be seriously concerned? Why did i get these white spots?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that due to popping of the pimple there has been increased inflammation and infection at the site of the pimple and the white dots are secondary to infection..
Nothing to worry , you can take a short course of antibiotics like Augmentic, anti-inflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen, clean the lesion with betadine solution and apply a combination of triple antibiotic ointment and a steroid ointment.
Do cold compresses over the lesion..
It will take for almost a week to resolve..
