What Causes Redness And Irritation In Vagina After Placing Implanon?
Hi, I had my implanon fitted two days ago. At first there was just a line of bruising where the implant sat under the skin, but now that has turned red as if it s irritated? I can feel the implant just by running by finger along the skin lightly, I don t have to press down or try to find it at all. Is this normal or is my body rejecting it?

Understand your concern.
I think it is insertion complication of implanon.
Normally you can feel the implant , no worry.
Please note the side effects of implanon:
Irregular bleeding and spotting may occur
Insertion Complications
Migration
Possible weight gain
Ovarian cysts
Pregnancy
Acne
Vaginal infection.
I will disappear in 4-6 week.
If not disappear, consult the gynecologist and take proper advice
