What Causes Redness And Itching On Vaginal Lips?

Well, i'm 16 years old and i have been sexually active but I havent been for a while. But the problem is that my vagina has been very itchy and dry and its only one of the vagina lips. it looks red and wrinkled. But there are no bumps or anything. Im wondering what it could be?
