What Causes Redness And Pain In The Right Eye?

My right eye suddenly stared hurting yesterday. There is redness in the medial aspect and pain when I close my eye tightly or when I move my eye quickly to the side. I have also noticed a slight headache behind my right eyebrow and that my right eye is tearing more than my left. I have not noticed any vision changes. Should I be concerned?
