What Causes Redness And Pimple Like Growth In Eyes Despite Using Systane?

Hello! I was using expired contact solution since the past month unknowingly. One of my eyes turned red, so I discontinued wearing my contacts for few days and used Visine. My eye had turned redder and i used Systane ultra as per advise from a pharmacist. It s been a week and i see a pimple like formation in between the red lines. Please help

You can use a oflox eye drop and consult a Ophthalmologist personally for physical evaluation and treatment.
