General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. If sporanox is effective then it can be most likely fungal infection. Then you can finish the full dosage as directed by your doctor. You can also use ointments containing anti fungal agents like miconazole and corticosteroid like flucinolone for local application also. Antihistamines like cetrizine will be helpful to get relief from itching sensation. If there is no improvement then consult a dermatologist to rule out other causes.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
