HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the most common condition could be cellulitis, if this need to be treated with Anti-inflammatory drug and antibiotic, and best medicine would be "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day and "Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid" twice in day, differential diagnosis need to be taken into consideration and for that, clinical examination and investigation may needed, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
