What Causes Redness And Swelling Around Penile Head?
Hello there.. my boyfriend has noticed some redness and swelling around the head of his penis it also seems to be weeping a clear fluid where the skin has slightly dried and broken. It does not become irritated when he passes urine. Can you advise please he feels imbarrassed to see a doctor

Hi,
From history it seems that he might be having either fungal infection over the part or might be having collection of smegma due to not removing regularly by cleaning.
Collection of smegma gives rise irritation on the part producing soreness, redness and some infection.
Advice him to go for daily cleaning the part by averting foreskin while taking shower.
Apply triple action cream locally.
Ok and take care.
