What Causes Redness And Swelling Of The Foot?

i have had this before ,,sometimes i have it in one ankle and foot sometimes both.. my foot gets really red and suollen and hot to the touch even the bottom of my foot..one doctor said it was cellulitis another one said it was because of my high blood pressure ..my doctor now had ordered a sonagram on my veins in both my legs test came back fine,,also on my feet they peel like a sunburn does

I really appreciate concern, what the history is given here from that it can be said that it must be a infection, it is better to keep the leg in elevated position and anti-inflammatory rug like Ibuprofen 400 mg can be tried, but to rule out the infection is must, hope this information helps.
