General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It can be a fracture, its better get an x-ray of the foot anterior/lateral view. Go to Orthopedic, avoid walking with that foot, I mean take rest and apply topical spray NSAIDS for pain relief until you see the doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shah Sayeema Nissar Kirmani, General & Family Physician
