Hi dear...You havent mentioned the medication or antibiotic she is on... No the ear, nose and eyes are all related in many ways...they share many common tracts.. If one is stuffy, the other (eye) also starts watering. Sinuses which are stuffy and an ear infection usually result in headaches. She can take a paracetamol for the a headache. Please give her warm food and you can try keeping a warm towel or compress over her face if that takes some heaviness away....Also give her some multivitamin pills for afew weeks, since i am sure her appetite has gone down because of ear ache. The medication and antibiotics must continue for aweek. A little throbbing in ear, stuffy headaches because of sinusitis and leg cramps are expected but they will not long more than a week. So take heart. I am sure you will see your mother hale nad hearty again after a weeks time. Till then do not ask for more medications to relieve other side effects. remember these are all temporary side effects. they will last a week or so.. She is already on enough. take care.
