HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There may not be any link between his prostatic disease or stap infection of the ear to the symptoms that he is now experiencing in the eye.

Red watery eyes are more commonly due to: (a) infection
(b) allergies
(c)trauma to the eyes
(d)glaucoma

If it continues, then he may need to be seen. Treatment would depend on the cause of the symptoms.
Infection would require antibiotic treatment, allergies- allergy drops etc

I hope this helps
