What Causes Redness Around The Area Of Steroid Injection Site?

i am 19 year old male i train and compete heavily in bodybuilding. i have done numerous amounts of steroid cycle before and on the last cycle i have done i have noticed that my hole chest has gotten very red and hard in the middle of the chest were my injection spot was. i have assumed that the oil has not dissolved and i have injected to much. can u help thanks!!!
