What Causes Redness, Burning Sensation And Dryness On Testicles?
hello, my husband woke up this morning with a rather strange affliction. his testicles are deep red in color and the skin feels super dry and thick. like jerky. or wax paper they are not smooth and soft but look like they have very nasty burn! and the skin around the bottom and behind is sack the skin looks like it is pealing! please help. we put lotion (after sunburn lotion) and it still feels gross and looks horrible.

Your symptoms seem to be related to penile eczema. I suggest using Hydrocortisone cream for local application. I also suggest using Cetirizine 10 mg daily.
