What Causes Redness In Eyes For Months?
I have had eye redness for approximately 2 months now, it began in the right eye and now both are affected. They are not itchy and never have been. It is not a viral conjunctivitis, and a typical bacterial strain would have gone away by now. I have used antibiotic eye drops and they have not worked. It is not allergies. I have no idea what it could be, any help would be appreciated.

you have not said any thing about discharge. if discharge is there ten swab can be taken for for culture and sensitivity. highly sensitive drug can be used for treatment
