What Causes Redness In The Eye After Taking Clindamycin?

I began taking Clindamycin 300mg on 2/16/17 after a dental procedure. My right eye is red from the pupil toward my nose and it looks like my left eye may be turning red too. I ve had no other symptoms so far. I noticed in the info sheet from my pharmacy that red eyes is a possible side effect. It is 1AM here now, so I have not called my doctor. Can I wait until morning, or should I seek medical help sooner? Thanks.
