What Causes Redness In The Urine After Taking Birth Control Pills?

hi ,i had sex with my bf on 25th march and my expected dates of periods is 24 march .And after taking the pills before 24 hours of sex, my urine was of red colour for just once . could you please tell me that is this any cause of worry and when will i get my periods and i am worried that i might get pregnant.
