What Causes Redness, Itching And Swelling Around The Penis?

Hi I am suffering from redness sweeling and itching on my penis.i am using itchguard for the same.Intially it was between the legs but now it is more on penis than leg area.i have also tried sofromycn for the same initially but then switched to itchguard.however it is not helping me.the top of penis has become red and very itchy.kindly help
