Hallow Dear,

The first cardinal symptom of pregnancy is missing a period. I do not find any mention about your menses in your question. However, since you are suspecting pregnancy, I presume, you might have missed your periods.

The other symptoms like nausea & vomiting with pica, frequency of urination and breast symptoms appear about 8-10 days after the missed period. Amongst the breast symptoms, engorgement with tenderness, brownish discoloration of nipples and areola with areolar widening, Montgomery's tubercles under areola and secretions through nipples are noted. The shades of colour changes of the nipples varies as per the skin complexion and original colour of the nipples and areola. So bright red colour of your nipples may be suggestive of pregnancy.

Of course in dilemma, pregnancy test on urine is of help. However, these tests may give false negative results in the first week after missing a period. Last time you had to perform so many tests possibly because you might have done them too early. They should best be performed on an overnight first morning sample of urine after one week of missed period.

You have an alternative better and reliable option. You may go for Beta hCG test. This reports reliable even few days before missing a period. The values of hCG >25 will confirm your pregnancy.

I hope this should resolve your dilemma.
