What Causes Redness On Lower Legs When Diagnosed With Neuropathy?

I have irritating redness on my lower legs into my feet. At first areas were itching real bad, but I did not scratch. I already had redness before the itching, but it only got worse and it burns. I do have neurophy. Is the redness related to the neurophy or could it be something else? I have used anti-biotic cream, vasoline cream, but it only soothes it for a short while. I need to wear support socks, but the socks only irritate the legs it seems by holding in heat.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, hypersensitivity could be the likely condition and it can be managed with "hydrocortisone cream" and "Tab Hydroxyzine 10 mg" three times in day and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
