What Causes Redness On Neck And Face?

Hi my husband s face and neck has gone very red..like sun burn. He has a couple of patch on his arms too and has shortness of breath. He is 34 yrs old. Not been doing anything apart for drinking some red wine and had a bit of cheesecake earlier. What could this be and what do you suggest we do. Thanks

Hi

Redness over the body along with itching and development of rash could be suggestive of urticaria .
Shortness of breath could be suggestive of s severe allergic reaction which needs to be managed immediately .
You should immediately give some oral antihistamines and see a nearby doctor for further management.
