What Causes Redness On Penis After Intercourse?

Hi, hope can help me with this.
Everytime my gf and I have sex the very next day
I come out with a red burn on the head of my penis under the skin.
2 days later it turns into a itchy rash.
Within days it goes away.
However soon as we have sex again the same problem comes back.
We always have protected sex

Hello and welcome to HCm,
The red rash developing on the head of penis could be due to trauma caused to the penile head while having intercourse.
Since, you have protected sex, the red rash could be due to allergy against the condom used.
There is a rare possibility of sexually transmitted disease (STD) also.
STD can present as a rash on external genitalia, however, if the rash would have been due to STD, it would have not disappeared spontaneously.
If the problem is persistent and troublesome you can consult your primary healthcare provider for work up.

Thanks and take care
