What Causes Redness On The Arm Of An Infant After Taking Cepodem?

Hi, my baby is 25 months old and she had fever ranging 99-100.8 degrees. So I took her to a doctor on the third day. Doctor detected sore throat and viral and prescribed Crocin an Cepodem 100. The fever went away but on using the Cepodem 3 doses I am figuring that she has become restless by the third dose. Second there is some reddish was on her inner arms.Is it something to worry ?

As per your history your kid has been given CEPODEM.It is a third generation oral cephalosporin used in respiratory tract and various susceptible infections.its dose is 10mg/kg/day in 2 divided doses(morning-night).It should be given upto 5-10 days .its main side effect is diarrhea so to prevent it just add LACTOBACILLUS sachet 3 times a day .Nothing to be worried for it.(Thanks)
