What Causes Redness On The Chest?

Hi, ever since I was young, the top of my chest just below my neck has been red, almost like the shape of a v neck shirt, it s not sunburn and causes no pain, but people mistake it for a sunburn due to its constant redness. Has never really gone away. Anything thoughts?

Hello,

You have a red area in the upper chest for a long time as per history. So in that area hypertrophic scar or keloid is common. Kindly mention if any history of trauma present. Kindly post photo of the lesion to comment further.
