What Causes Redness On The Face After An Anesthesia?

What causes redness of face post-anesthesia during surgery? Since i woke from antieseptic my face, neck and ears are unusually red - flushed as if I might have a temperature, though i feel fine. But my face is not sore or itchy, just red. Presumably it is a reaction, but is it serious? Thank you ...

Hi welcome to health care magic
I have read your query and according to what I get it may be due to delayed allergic reaction to certain medication used as part of the anesthesia such as narcotic drugs.
You do not need to worry in this regard. Just stay calm. Anti-allergic medications such as Benadryl can easily reverse your condition.
Furthermore, consult your medical specialist as well.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do give me feedback.
Thanks
