What Causes Redness On The Foreskin?
Few months ago my right testes little bit increase then a chemist suggest me a tablet after that my penis head discharged and after that time this problem happens to me in every few months my pensis head skin turns into red watery patching skin like a wound .i also consult a skin specialist doctor but he give me anti fungal medicines and cream like clotrimazole. Cream and fulconazole tablets but no best result i got pls help and suggest me for this

Infection – the most common include posthitis and balanitis,
Injuries on the tip of the penis or foreskin can cause swelling and discomfort.
Balanitis is an infection of the foreskin and glans and is usually caused by poor hygiene.
Candida normally lives on the skin and mucous membranes, but if too much grows, it can cause symptoms.
Symptoms include an itchy rash, red skin, swelling, irritation, and itching around the head of the penis, lumpy discharge under the foreskin, or pain when urinating and during sex.
The condition is often caused by an overgrowth of either bacteria or yeast.
The foreskin of the penis is an ideal place for these organisms to grow because it can trap moisture around the penis head. I have a few doubts.
Do you have a fever, urinary complaints or abnormal discharge? A pic of your penis would help me to evaluate better.
