What Causes Redness, Peeling Skin And Itchiness On Penis?

hello!!! my penis is red and it peels a lot . sometimes it gets itchy and when it peels it feels like burning. i went to my doctor she said it might be fungus she gave me, first this cream called Nystatin ointment and a pill for yeast it didn t work at all, so i went back and she gave me this other cream called Hydrocortisone ointment she wanted me to use it for 4 weeks twice a day but on the second week it got worst the Greece part of the cream n the peeling made it worst. when i clean it , hurts a lot like its a burn n it;s kinda itchy at the same time, i read online and some people said to use salty water so i did that and it calms it down a little but still there , anyone can help me with this i,m desperate. thanks

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to penile eczema. I suggest to continue using a steroid cream for local application such as Betametasone cream. I also suggest using an antihistamines such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily.
