My Daugther is 17 and is having issue with her bilateral feet turning red with tingling and numbing, it happen when she walks a lot or stands on her feet for a period of time it is also happen while she is playing softball I have had her thyroid levels check they are normal, she does have a nodule on her thyroid that they are watching. She is not a diabetic. What else could be causing this.

If the thyroid function tests are normal but the solitary nodule can still be felt and if it doesn't move up and down with the act of swallowing, you have to investigate this neck swelling further. MRI of neck to rule out any vascular growth in front portion of neck or any anomaly of the neck and shoulder region blood vessels or any growth in them will be a good option. If it is a non functioning Thyroid swelling only it will be further clear on the Radiology.
Rest of the physical examination and vitals being normal, there doesn't seem to be anything to worry. Her feet having paraesthesias on long time standing can have only one other potentially serious cause-that is the constriction of blood vessels-a condition called atheriosclerosis. But it is a gradual process seen mostly in older, obese, Hypertensive or Diabetic and smoker patients.
Check the following for reference only and not for getting scared-

Also it will be a good idea to get her fasting blood sugar on two separate occasions and her HbA1c done to rule out Type 1 Diabetes.
