I have redness and looks like small white spots below the head of my penis, I know it s not an std, I am happily married to my wife for 3 years, the other day, she was on her period, so I master bated and I had Pajama pants on, I think I may have rubbed the material too hard, since then I have this with some irritation

It could be due to rubbing. If possible, please upload the picture of the lesion. Avoid any sexual activity till it gets healed. Do not apply any ointment on your own.
