What Causes Redness,pain And Rashes Around The Belly Button?

My wife had gall bladder surgery in Sept 2016. This morning, she woke up with redness around an in her belly button incision site, and a small rash there. She s got some pain in the area also that feels like a burning. It started last night and worried her enough to say something this morning?

I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your clinical history is concerned please do a physical examination by your local doctors may be due to minor skin infections so you may use any antibiotic cream like [framycetin] and if oral antibiotic is required take a full course after consultation by your doctor.
