What Causes Redness, swelling & Dryness On The Left Eye?

hello,

my left eye has felt dry, red and swollen for a few days. It does not look red nor swollen at all. I appears perfectly normal. I am recovering from a chalazion on the eyelid. It has healed and been replaced by this irritated, sensitive feeling.

My vision is unaffected. What could be causing this?

Thank you.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having redness, swelling of the eyes along with a chalazion.
This indicates infection of the eye in the form of conjunctivitis or blrpharitis.
This requires treatment by the use of antibiotic eye drops.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
