What Causes Reduced INR Level?

I haven taking my own inr. Lately, it has been low, today it is 1.1. The on!y food change is a weekly 4oz glass of elderberry wine and elderberry gummy supplement. Last week it was 1. 4. My diet has not changed. My meds are the same. Why the sudden change? Can you help?

0.8 to1.2 is the normal range of INR.may i know why are u concerned abt inr.are you on acitram medication for any reason
