What Causes Reduced Hemoglobin Levels And Fatigue?

hI GOOD MORNING. My son is 23 years and he is on high diet. I has good breakfast and lunch. but he does not have anything during the evening or night. his HB level has come down and he has become weak. we are pure vegetarians. But he has egg whites daily of two eggs. Please advise

As you mentioned you have problem of low hemoglobin level that may be because of lack of iron rich food intake in diet or hemolytic anemia or other reasons...
Mention your hemoglobin level...
Oral iron tablets can use under doctor's suggestion.
If hemoglobin level is too low than intravenous route can use..
Take a green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits..

Iron food like spinach, cereal, almond...
Increase vitamin c that help to increase iron absorption....
Beet root and Apple help..
