Hello and welcome to HCM,
A surgical procedure for hernia is unlikely to have any impact on ejaculation or quality of sperms.
However, injury or trauma to any nerve supplying the penis affecting the erection or ejaculation can have am impact.
A clinical assessment by your surgeon and a neurologist is required.
In addition, sperm examination should also be done to assess the normal parameters in semen.
Management can be planned after relevant investigations and diagnosis.

Thanks and take care
