What Causes Reduction In Hemoglobin Levels Within Short Duration?

yesterday i have taken test my name is ramu 42 years old. haemoglobin 13.7 wbc 15100 polymorphs 85 lymphocytes 10 eosinophils 5 platelet count 331000 c-reactive protein 2.4 ra factor 48 . pl tell suggestion. but september month i have taken master health checkup heamoglobin 14.2 wbc 8.4 polymorphs 67 lymphocytes 32 but changes in 4 months pl reply

Hi thanks for asking question.

Just now in your report you have high total count with neutrophils more and CRP positive.So here is strong chance of acute bacterial infection anywhere in body.
By history and physical examination source has to be ruled out.Antibiotic taken for it.

As far as hemoglobin value is concerned, it is not too much decreased as approx 0.5 variation in HB report is permsible ...
HB estimation done in cell counter.So this mild variation can occur in HB report.

Sore throat, gastroenteritis like bacterial infection or other inflammatory condition has to be ruled out.

If still have doubt you can contact HCM.
