Hello! I m a 30 year old male. I have had a problem with orgasms the last 4 years. The build-up is great, I feel pleasure when the orgasm begins. But as the ejaculation is moving through the channel my excitement is not heightened as it used to be, but fades. Sperm comes out slowly, sometimes just flowing out of penis. I have tested negative for bacterias. Also, prostate is normal. Is it an issue with the muscles, or is it related to a problem with urethra, or could there be another reason for this? Also, if you d recommend seeing a doctor, would it be endocrinologist or sexologist? Regards, N
