What Causes Reduction In Platelet Count?
Hello I am a high risk pregnancy 8 months along....i have been told that I have a low platelet count of 90,0000. Tonight my nose started bleeding and I have been coughing small amounts of blood in my mucus. Is this something I should be worried about?

At this count usually there are no extra bleeds without injury so get a repest test otherwise you might need to start taking steroids now to help in increasing the platelets
