What Causes Reduction Of Space Between L4 And L5?

sir,there is a reduction in the gap between L4,L5 and S1 a shooting pain to the toes the pain is aggravated even if there is mild constipation please advice the future course of action my age is 46 years and having this problem since i was 20 years old
