What Causes Regular Floaters In R Eye After Vitrectomy In L Eye?

I had undergone vitrectomy 2 yrs back for my L eye for severe retinal detachment.3 months later R eye also had same symptoms but could control by laser and cryo before detachment. But now I have regular floaters in R eye affecting vision. Is there any remedy either allopathic or Ayurvedic.

Hello there,
There is no treatment for reguler floaters, only if its pathalogical necessary intervention is done . Reguler floaters need to be ignored.
