What Causes Regular Headaches During Pregnancy?

I am 38 weeks pregnant.
My blood pressure has been border line most of my pregnany. But i have no protien in my pee.. Today i woke up with a headache and sweaty. Is that something i should be worried about? I tried to drink some water and lay on my side but the headache is not going away.

Hi, tension headache and migraine are common causes of headache in pregnancy.
In pregnancy there are elevated hormones and increased blood volume cause commonly headaches.
Migraine headache are second common cause for headache followed by pre eclampsia .

Acetaaminophen and paracetamol are safe drug in pregnancy for headaches and should not be taken regularly. Thanks
