General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* As per my clinical experience, the conduction path disturbances at the level of SA node, AV node or Bundle of His, Purkinjee fibers is responsible for the skipped heart beats and palpitations.

* If you can provide me an EKG of the latest doc visit, I can guide you further precisely in this regard.

* The headache can be related to side effect of anti arrhythmic drug consumed or cerebral hypoxia from various causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
