What Causes Regular Nose Bleeds And Prolonged Headaches In Child?

My 6 year old son has been getting nose bleeds since he was about 3 years old. Took him to an ENT and they said it was weak vessel on both both sides and prescribed him nose spray. Didnt really help. A couple days ago he woke up with a nose bleed about 30 mins after it stopped he said he had a yucky spit and it turned out to be a blood clot the size of a quarter. He also has been getting long lasting headaches. It really worries me, doesnt seem like a weak vessel.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such chronic condition need to be investigated and best would be CT head just to rule out the CNS pathology this could be allergic constitution and may come around with time, right now no need to treat this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
