What Causes Regular Outbreaks And Discharge From Left Inside Of Mouth?

hi I have had a problem with the inside of my mouth for a number of years, I seem to get regular outbreaks and discharge from the area to the left inside my mouth which once held my tonsils, the discharge burns like acid and I have to keep using a mouth wash, no one believes I have a serious problem, can you help, I have also had mucus come from the same area and blood.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The pus discharge can be because of the eritonsillar abscess or it can be because of the gum infection around the wisdom tooth(pericoronal abscess or periodnotal abscess). This will result in acidic taste in the mouth. Consult a oral physician and get it evaluated completely. If it is a pericoronal abscess then the tooth has to be removed under local anesthesia. If it is a peritonsillar abscess then you need to get it drained. If i am your treating doctor, I would have prescribed a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin 500mg and metronidazole 400mg tid for 5 days (if you are not allergic).
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
