Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Spotting can be due to hormonal disturbances or local lesions in cervix or vagina including cervical cancer. You should get properly examined and investigated using pap smear , hormonal profile and ultrasound to find the cause.
Sysron N is progesterone which is given to control the hormonal spotting.
If it is due to hormonal disturbances, then the dose of sysron can be increased to stop the spotting.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
