What Causes Repeated Menstruation Within Short Periods?

hi my last month menstural cycle statrs on 24 sep and it was for 4 days and then after 15 days i had a another period and it was also for 4 days and then after 4 days i now hav a another period.i just wanna knw wat is that going on. it never happens to me before.
