What Causes Repeated Pus Formation In Chest And How To Treat It?

Hi am 26 years old, i have face problem of loss in weight ,slight blood through sputum.Then i have started treatment for TB from physician , and i am recoverd from all .But my chest x-Ray is not improving ,there is some thick liq puss formation took place in left side of chest.I remove that with sonograhphic treatment with injection needle.from reputed hosptial , i sent that puss sample to testing in hospital for T.B micobatria checking but report is negative .after two weeks same puss like liq showing again in my new chest x-ray. I am taking all the drugs prescribed by doctor. So can you please tell me how that puss formation in my chest will stop and how my chest x ray will become normal?

You mentioned that you took anti tubercular treatment and in spite of this there is pus in the chest , removed by a hospital but didn't show any tubercular bacteria in culture or examination.
Since you took or you were taking anti tubercular treatment so this didn't show any bacteria .
Again there is pus formation in your chest .
When the patient is found to have a pleural effusion , an effort should be made to determine the cause . The first step is to determine the effusion is a transudate or exudate .
Usually transudate pleural effusion occurs when systemic factors that influence the formation and absorption are altered.
Exudate type fluid occurs due to local causes .
There are so many reasons of fluid so in my opinion consult a PULMONOLOGIST and get his opinion .\
