What Causes Res Raw And Sore Skin Between Buttocks Of Child?

My 9 yr old daughter s skin between her bottom is extremely red, raw, and painful. We have tried diaper rash ointment, Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.025% Rx cream, and hydrocortisone cream for the past couple weeks without any improvement. The area extends from the top of her bottom through to the top of her front area. Please advise

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some local skin infection like dermatitis or irritation and soreness due to less airy and more perspiration.
There might be having possibility of having worms passing in stool producing irritation as well.
Give her one course of antibiotic and antihelminth meidicnes.
Clean local part properly and apply triple action cream.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
