What Causes Resistance In Elbow While Training Weight?
Hi, I have a question. I am training weights to get fit but sometimes when i lift a weight, especially tricep extensions my elbow seems to resist and goes crack once then my limb works normally. I do stretches and a warm up so is this locking up normal? I am 35 and have recently had a full blood works and have no medical conditions.
