What Causes Restless Feeling In Arms And Legs?

I am a 24 year old female, 160 lbs. My muscles have been really restless lately in my arms and legs. I can't sleep and the feeling is constant. I always feel like I have to stretch. The feeling goes away a bit when I move around, but as soon as I stop it comes back. There is no history of neurological disorders in my family and I am generally in good health.
